If an item doesn’t arrive, or is not as described, and your order is eligible (ie. the delivery time frame has passed), we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases, including shipping costs.
Retro Gaming Boss offers hassle-free exchanges for damaged or defective items. We will cover the shipping cost to return the item to us once the case has been reviewed and approved by our staff. We offer a 7 day guarantee after the item has been delivered for an exchange. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were received in, with all of the accompanying accessories. You must provide us with an image of the item and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to open a ticket for replacement.
Please do NOT send the item back to the sender address indicated on the package. Please email us to open a ticket and our friendly staff will be happy to assist.
If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you must do so within 12 hours of ordering, as we won't be able to issue a cancellation refund after your order has been processed for shipping. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after 12 hours has passed since purchase/order confirmation unless the item you received is defective or does not materially match the description provided.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error when inputting the shipping address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering a replacement, so please be careful when entering your shipping address.
